PDL Quality Management

Our quality management system defines the way we do our business. It is the backbone for all of our business processes and it ensures that we have the necessary ‘checks and balances’ in place to enable us to deliver our exemplar services in a robust, reliable and consistent manner.

Since the initial accreditation of our quality management system to the then ISO 9001:2000 international standard by BSI Management Systems in 2005, we are justifiably proud of the fact that no major non-conformances in our quality management system have been raised by our external auditors to date. This does not make us complacent. On the contrary, it drives us to ensure that we proactively embrace the philosophy of continuous improvement in everything we do.
