As OTC fever takes over Houston PDL Solutions (North America) develops a strategy to get the most out of an exciting week. Global Sales Director Carl Rudd, and Engineering Director Alex Roff will provide support from the UK headquarters, while other senior decision makers, engineering minds and companies touting the latest technological advancements, descend into the city. The event runs at the NRG Park from May 1st to 4th.
With the who’s who of the offshore industry in attendance at the annual show, it promises to be a great event for making introductions to, and networking with, many (around 100,000) local, national and international professionals.
The variety of technologies and products involved in the offshore industry is only matched by their complexity. That complexity, combined with the need to demonstrate such high levels of confidence in the technology means PDL’s capabilities are frequently called in to action in this industry. With our scope of capabilities, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) assessment and validation of HPHT equipment to API 17TR8 and the optimization of riser installation through Global Dynamic Analysis, PDL has become the engineering lynchpin to many of our customers operating in the offshore world.
