PDL North America are having a stimulating week attending OTC 2015 and many other industry events, learning of the challenges and opportunities present in the USA’s offshore engineering industry.
With the recent fall in oil price, many companies in the subsea sector are facing considerable challenges to make their developments profitable. In addition, technical challenges associated with deeper water and higher operating temperatures are forcing companies to invest in advanced engineering analysis to understand and tackle the problems.
Whilst these are indeed testing times, opportunities exist for companies to develop new technology or improve existing provision. Advanced engineering analysis is a proven way to shorten development times, reduce projects costs and mitigate risk. PDL has an exemplary track record in the UK’s subsea industry which could prove highly beneficial to our clients in the USA.
To meet with PDL at OTC 2015 or any of the other events this week, please contact our Global Sales Director, Carl Rudd, or our Vice President (North America), Rob Campbell at email@example.com
