PDL engineers celebrated their success on our Monitored Professional Development Scheme at the IMechE annual dinner last week. 20 engineers attended and several were awarded their certificates on the night. Guest speaker was Kate Bellingham, former Tomorrow's World presenter and certificates were presented by IMechE's president elect, Richard Folkson.
We initiated The Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) Monitored Professional Development Scheme in 2011. Engineers are allowed time with in their working hours to complete projects for their quarterly reports. The scheme has been very successful and we are delighted that the engineers celebrated in style.
